Toastmasters is the World’s Best Kept Secret

I heard about Toastmasters, the world’s best kept secret, about 10 years ago, though it has been around for almost 100 years. I first heard about it in my course mastermind group. The second time was from a colleague in a networking group, then again in a different networking group. The third time spoke to me. I went online and visited the club nearest my home, and have been growing ever since.

New Horizons Toastmasters club had a special spirit about it that inspired me to stay and grow, even through the times when I questioned my commitment to my Toastmasters journey. 9 years later, I am a Distinguished Toastmaster, and the tenure member of the 35 year old club. The members may change, but the same developmental principles prevail, and positively transform the members who come, practice, and grow. They also make some lasting relationships in the process.

Come visit New Horizons club of Chandler/Gilbert Arizona, we meet virtually, and soon as a hybrid club where you can come in person or online. Our website is www.newhorizonsarizona.org. We look forward to meeting you.
