Clubs and members are invited to include special events on the district events calendar, such as an open house, speech contest, public relations or training event. The district will not publish regular club meeting schedules on the website. You may submit your event details and we will list the event in the calendar. We will review it with you before it goes live. Please allow at least two weeks’ notice to allow time to build and review the event properly.
If you experience any issues while submitting the form for your event, please email the webmaster directly with your submission information. Please make sure all of the required fields from the form are included in your email.
