Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) August News
Don’t Forget to Get Trained! There is one more live TLI Session on August 20, 2022, at 9 AM Arizona Time. You can find the information and details at TLI Site
On-Demand TLI is still accepting people. Sign-up closes August 26, 2022, at 5 PM Arizona Time. Find the information and sign-up at: On-Demand Site
Clubs with five or more officers trained by August 31, 2022, will receive a choice of set of Club Officer Pins or Club Officer Badges.

Add 5 NEW members between August 1 thru September 30, 2022, and your club will win a $25 district gift pack.

Renew, Rejuvenate – Fall Renewals
Dues are due.
The First 20 clubs to reach 100% membership renewal will earn a $50 district gift pack
The First 20 clubs to reach 90% membership renewal will earn a $25 district gift pack
The First 20 clubs to reach 80% membership renewal will earn a chat pack

Membership Jamboree
On August 21, 2022, at 1 PM Arizona Time, District 3 will host its second Membership Jamboree. We will have another set of Trivia and fun, so bring your lunch and come win some prizes. The first-place winner of each trivia will win an award of about $25.

Clubs’ Family Success
Send you Club Success plan to PDQ (pqd@aztoastmasters.org) before August 31st receive a tracking spreadsheet for you club.
Club Families Growing & Celebrating Together
To get these incentives you could not have been Distinguished for the last two years.
Clubs reaching 5 or more education awards by December 31, a gift pack worth $75
Clubs reaching 9 or more education awards by December 31, will get a Dinner at a Mexican Restaurant for the membership
Cool Coach
The first 8 coaches that get the club they are coaching to become distinguished will win a $25 district gift pack.
To win, coaches must get their club to become distinguished before June 30, 2023, to qualify.
All coaches that are registered with the Club Coach Chair are eligible.

Bring the Distinguished Club
Program (DCP) Home
First 20 members who give 4 or more unique (not 2 Level 1) to a club by April 1st receives a $20 gift pack and Recognition at Division Contests.
2×4 DCP Membership Drive
The first 50 clubs that achieve 8 new members between July 1, 2022, thru June 30, 2023 will win a $25 district gift packet.
Get those 8 NEW members as soon as possible.
To claim your prize.
Email the retention@aztoastmasters.org with.
- The club’s name and number
- Screenshot of your DCP dashboard showing that you signed up 8 new members.
- The name and address of where to send your gift pack.
Once we confirm your 8 new members on the TI dashboard, we will mail out your gift.
New members are just that new members of your club. Renewals, dual and transfer members will not count.
