CLUB PROXIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ELECTIONS

We apologize if the proxy incentive was confusing. Please see the incentive details below for clarification and email DD@aztoastmasters.org if you have any questions.

We will be electing International Directors/Officers and voting on proposals during the business meeting at the annual convention in late August.

PRESIDENTS and SECRETARIES, please assign your club proxies by the August 16th deadline. You can assign your proxies in one of three ways in Club Central under Club Administration/Club Proxy:

  1. Assign the proxies to yourself or another club member
  2. Assign the proxies to another Toastmaster Member outside your club
  3. Assign the proxies to the District Director

Please note you can choose how the member will vote on each item when assigning your proxies or you can choose to allow that member to vote how they best see fit. It is suggested that whomever you assign your proxies to has researched the candidates and proposals.

All clubs that successfully assign their proxies by August 16th
will earn a 5-pack set of Toastmasters Core Value Coins!
