Update Your Future Club Officer List Online,
TLI, Awards, & More!
Hello, fellow Toastmasters!
We have three (3) items I am requesting you to act on:
1. Submit your 2020 – 2021 Club Officer List
2. Register for Club Officer Training: Virtual Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)
3. Submit your Outstanding Club Member, Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year, Outstanding Area Director & Outstanding Division Director of the Year nomination
UPDATE FUTURE CLUB OFFICER LIST ONLINE!
First, as of this morning, we still have over 100 clubs that have not submitted their club officer list for the 2020 – 2021 year. If you have not updated your club’s future club officer list online yet, please do that today! This helps your club receive its first credit on the Distinguished Club Program Goal #10 in the new year! Also, by updating this list now, your incoming club officers will have the access points they need to help your club have a successful start! If you are not sure how to do this, there is a video on our District 3 YouTube channel that can help. Please click or tap the following link: https://youtu.be/mqKTxHRGFBI .
You can view the July Club Officer List Status report by clicking on the following link: http://reports.toastmasters.org/reports/dprReports.cfm?r=17&d=3&s=List_Status&sortOrder=0.
You can click the headers at the top to re-sort by Division, Area, Club Name or List_Status. Click on List_Status. If the report says ‘List Not Here’ next to your club’s name, you need to submit your club officer list online. This report is updated nightly, so anything entered today is not reflected yet.
If this is not done by June 30th, no one in your club will be able to get into Club Central! Also, the Club President, Vice President-Education, and Secretary will not be able to access Pathways as Base Camp Managers! Please update your list today!
TOASTMASTERS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (Summer TLI)
Second, your incoming club officers should attend Club Officer Training so that they are prepared to have a successful 2020 – 2021 year. By having at least four (4) club officers attend the training, this helps the club receive credit for the first part of Goal #9. The dates are June 27, July 11 and July 25. This event is FREE and is open to ALL your club members! We encourage all your club members to attend!

All Summer 2020 TLI sessions will be held virtually via ZOOM. If you’re interested in helping out with TLI, please email TLI Chair Katlyn “Kate” Ewens at TLI@aztoastmasters.org.
ANNUAL AWARDS
Third, to recognize and thank a member of your club for providing exceptional service this past year (2019 – 2020), please fill out an Outstanding Club Member nomination form by clicking HERE.
