Toastmasters Leadership Institute

TLI is among us, and we are in full swing! Please make sure to check the dates and register at https://aztoastmasters.org/tli-officer-training/! This site will also have all relevant information! Remember that four or more officers must be trained to receive credit. Non-officer members are welcome to attend as well! For questions, email TLI@aztoastmasters.org!

On-Demand Toastmasters Leadership Institute
A New Pilot Program

Can’t seem to fit a four-hour live training session into your schedule? That’s ok! On-Demand TLI is a new, pilot program that started July 11, 2022! The new program will allow officers to complete most of their training in their own time and receive credit. You must choose one of four one-hour live networking and discussion sessions, so make sure to sign -up quickly! You must then watch three or more recorded video sessions at any time that works for you. Please visit aztoastmasters.org/odtli2022/ for any information about this new program! TLI Incentive

For every club that trains five or more officers, you have the option to select a set of officer pins or officer badges for your club! For more information, contact the Program Quality Director at pqd@aztoastmasters.org.

July Jubilee

On July 30, 2022, District 3 will hold the annual July Jubilee, which is our annual District Leader Awards and Installation Ceremony! All are invited! This event will feature good food, fun, networking, and the ROAST of David Hopper, our Immediate Past District Director! The event’s theme will be a Masquerade, so have fun dressing up! Monthly Membership Jamboree
A Member Fun Day!

Starting July 16, 2022, District 3 will host a monthly Membership Jamboree for all to attend, connect, and have a bit of fun! This event will happen every third Saturday in the month at 1 PM Arizona time! This month will be trivia time! Assign Your Proxies
Make your voice heard at the Annual Business Meeting

Take some time and go into Club Central by August 13, 2022, and assign your Proxy vote to the District Director, Karen Hewitt. Each club to get their proxies assigned to the District Director by August 5, 2022, at 5 PM Arizona time will receive a club spotlight on all our Social Media public-facing platforms.
