Rise Up to Member Promise

Your Club Growth Director calls on you to RISE UP to your member promise. Invite guests to your club meetings as part of the Toastmasters Promise.
From July 1, 2021 to June 1, 2022, every new member you sponsor will receive a new member pin! Send the new member application with sponsor filled out to CGD@aztoastmasters.org.

Bonus drawing for sponsoring a new member* January 1 to June 1, 2022.


In addition to the pin for the new member, sponsoring members will be entered into a drawing and ten (10) sponsors will be drawn to select a prize package of their choice from the Member Incentives list for about $25 https://aztoastmasters.org/wp-content/uploads/Member-Incentives-2021-2022.pdf

*New members sponsored January 1 to June 1, 2022, must be a New or a Reinstate, and NOT a Renewal, Dual or Transfer. Only adding New or Reinstate members will qualify, since the goal is to add to the membership. The more new members you sponsor, the more chances you have to win.

Pay it Forward

The purpose of this project is to strengthen the clubs within the District, assist struggling clubs and expand the experience of the Toastmasters who participate in the program.  We as Toastmasters can directly affect clubs that can use our collective help.

Recognition:

-Each of the campaign months: September, February, March, May and June, we will recognize and award two (2) Toastmasters who visit the most clubs with a gift valued at about $25 from a list of selected prizes.

-Each of the campaign months: September, February, March, May and June, we will recognize and award two (2) clubs that send the most members to visit other clubs with a gift valued at about $50 from a list of selected prizes.

Rise Up to Club Events

Now to June 1, 2022

Conduct Open Houses, Anniversaries, Club Contests and other advertised events and your club may be eligible for a customizable Toastmasters gift prize pack worth about $100 for holding special club events throughout the 2021-2022 year.

The first 20 clubs that submit to cgd@aztoastmasters.org before June 1, 2022 will be eligible for a gift pack.

Requirements if your club meets:

  • Weekly – Hold 6 open house events
  • Bi-monthly – Hold 3 open house events
  • Monthly – Hold 2 open house events

Other Requirements:

Hold your open house events before June 1, 2022

Submit to cgd@aztoastmasters.org Your name, Club name, Contact name and email PLUS:

Community clubs must (submit all 3:

  1. Send an event flyer
  2. Promote event on social media and send screen shot
  3. Submit event to District 3 Event Calendar

Corporate clubs must (submit a minimum of 3):

  1. Send an event flyer
  2. Copy of email invitation with attached mailing list or the number distributed to (to protect privacy)
  3. Send screenshot or copy of event announcement on company site or newsletter
  4. Copy of event Agenda
  5. Other (if applicable)
