  NEWSLETTERS AND ROADRUNNER ARE MOVING!

We are leaving Mailchimp and transitioning to a new email newsletter platform: AWeber. This change will not only save the district a lot of money, but will also help us promote our programs and events to our members AND promote the benefits of Toastmasters outside the organization. We are also moving the online newsletter, the Roadrunner, to the new platform at the same time. This is our chance to give back to members and clubs and help the entire district stay connected with new and improved district newsletters.

The next email from District 3 will be delivered to your inbox through the AWeber platform, you are automatically subscribed to the mailing list. If you wish to continue receiving district announcements and the Roadrunner, there is not action needed. If you DO NOT want to receive any announcements for district events, training opportunities, business meetings, or newsletters – then simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. You can resubscribe at any time.

Thank you for your support and participation in making our district a family of Toastmasters. If you are interested in contributing content (articles or announcements) to the Roadrunner, please email roadrunner@aztoastmasters.org or prm@aztoastmasters.org.

  • The first 20 clubs to achieve 100% renewals and send in the email to claim the prize will be awarded a $70 Amazon Gift Card, will receive a Club Retention Award, and will be featured in various communication and social media highlights!

  • The first 20 clubs to achieve 80% renewals and send in the email to claim the prize will be awarded a $30 Amazon Gift Card, will receive a Club Retention Award, and will be featured in various communication and social media highlights!
  • The first 20 clubs to achieve 70% renewals and send in the email to claim the prize will receive a Club Retention Award and will be featured in various communication and social media highlights!

DETAILS:
1. In order to qualify, your club must be an Eligible Club (a minimum of 8 paid members)
2. Clubs will only be awarded one prize, and are awarded based on the email time and date for each level

  • Example – a club achieves 80% renewals and sends in the email. They are among the first 20 clubs and earns the 80% prize level. That same club then achieves 90% and sends in another email. If they were one of the first 20 clubs at the 90% level, they will earn that incentive only…not both the 80% and 90%. However, if they were not one of the first 20 clubs at the 90%, they will still earn the 80% prize level per their original email qualifier.
