Dear Toastmasters of District 3,

We are honored to announce the following news for all members and clubs.

DISTRICT COUNCIL MEETING

Ensure your club vote counts! Remind your club’s President and VPE to register for credentials by 11:59 PM on Friday, September 18th. In order for the District Council to conduct business, we will need a quorum of all voting members (which includes all Presidents, VPEs and DEC members). This meeting will be held virtually and proxies are not available. Please confirm your club President and club VPE have completed the following actions:

  1.  President and VPE received an email from ElectionBuddy on behalf of District 3. This email is an invitation to register credentials to vote. If they are uncertain whether or not they can attend the virtual District Council, please register anyways by indicating YES. If they do not successfully register, they will NOT be able to vote at the council meeting on Saturday, September 19th. If your President and VPE did not receive the email invitation from ElectionBuddy, please send an email to: credentials@aztoastmasters.org.
  2. Attend the practice voting session (details are included in the ElectionBuddy email)
  3. Learn more about the District Council and view the agenda and meeting packet on the district website at https://aztoastmasters.org/district-info/district-information. Click on the “District Council” button, then click on the “Current DC Files” button.
