Would you love to introduce new people to the benefits of Toastmasters?

Would you love to build up your club and help develop your members’ speaking skills?

Would you love to potentially be part of the formation of a new club?

Would you love to earn your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award?

If you can answer “Yes!” to any of these questions, Speechcraft may be for you!

Speechcraft, part of the Success Communication program, is an extended workshop that allows experienced Toastmasters to present the fundamentals of public speaking to non-members.  Participants learn about communication and leadership in a club meeting setting supported by a team of Toastmasters.

As coordinator, you would present 4, 6 or 8 1-2 hour sessions from Toastmasters International materials.  It is a great way to promote membership and/or to introduce prospective new members to Toastmasters.  Often, delivering the Speechcraft program to a group of non-Toastmasters, especially in a business setting, can help be the catalyst to form a new club.

The best part of all?  You can have a complete Speechcraft kit, including workbooks, coordinator’s guides, and certificates free of charge courtesy of District 3!  This kit would be $50 if you purchased it yourself!

If you are excited about Speechcraft and ready to deliver, please contact Joel Kodicek, DTM, District 3 Speechcraft Chair, at speechcraft@aztoastmasters.org.  He’d love to get you started!
