Alison is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and public speaker based in Scottsdale, Arizona. She specializes in optimizing individual health through balanced nutrition and lifestyle changes. Her goal is to make you look and feel your best. She doesn’t want to limit her sharing of information to just her client base. Her passion for public speaking allows her to reach the masses.

Antonio is a World Class Certified Speaking Coach and Inspirational Speaker.

He is a retired Electrical Engineer, born in Mexico and moved to the U.S. in 1979 with his wife and three children.  He is a U.S. citizen and speaks fluent English and Spanish.

As part of his job, he traveled to Europe, Mexico, and Southeast Asia to train Sales Engineers and give technical presentations.

Antonio joined Toastmasters in 1995, and throughout his journey, he has held several officer roles at the club and district level.

He achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster award, the highest award given by Toastmasters International.

Antonio is also a member of the National Speakers Association.

It includes the principal tools needed to craft and deliver a  powerful speech:

  1. Structure: The speech organization is the starting point of speech crafting. It deals with the sequence of the major elements of the speech, such as the message, opening, body (points), and conclusion
  2. Content: The points that convey the theme or message of the speech. A tool called the PARTS formula facilitates crafting and delivery. Included in this section are storytelling and humor; these two elements are vital to connecting with the audience
  3. Delivery: A well-delivered speech requires the use of verbal and non-verbal(body) language. The presentation on delivery includes specific tools to control stage freight, vocal variety, tips to use body language, use of the stage, and  use of virtual environment
