  • Streamlined Nutrition – Breaking it Down into Bite-Sized Pieces
People want to eat healthy, but they often don’t know where to start!  In my most popular presentation, I discuss the foundation for what a “healthy diet” looks like.  My focus is on identifying what I refer to as, “The three bad guys” – three foods that, if removed from your diet, will start you on the path to good health. This impactful overview is applicable to all audiences.
  • The Not So Sweet Side of Sugar
Consuming sugar has both mental and physical ramifications but its addictive nature along with ubiquitous availability makes it hard to avoid.  Are you tired of riding on the blood sugar roller coaster? Learn how this roller coaster ride works and how to safely disembark.  Discover what role insulin plays, how it relates to fat storage and how to shift from being a sugar burner to a bodyfat burning machine.
  • Dietary Myths and Misconceptions
The world of nutrition is a confusing place.  One day something is good for you and the next it’s taboo.  I spend a lot of time sorting through science based nutritional information to seek truth.  In this presentation, I talk about the advice we have been given over the past 50 years and the impact it has had on our health.  I dispel common nutrition beliefs that are still held by many but are detrimental to our health.
  • Embracing a Low Carb Life
What is all this buzz about low carbohydrate and ketogenic diets?  Is this a good choice for everyone?  Who should try it and why?  I answer all your questions about this way of eating and explain what it is, why it works and who it applies to.

  • How Leaders Make Workplace Accountability Cool
You have to be creative and innovative when it comes to affecting human behavior. Even in the toughest of economic times there are endless possibilities. In this seminar we’ll stimulate the most effective ways of ensuring and supporting individuals’ accountability, reveal the many measurable benefits to the company and its impact on competitive advantage. You’ll discover a creative and unique method to design collaborative accountability strategies for teams at your workplace.
  • Leading the Pack – How a Culture of Learning Puts You Ahead
Companies need to constantly innovate to stay ahead of the competition. A company content to stand still eventually becomes stagnant and loses market-share. You need to be skilled and informed to adapt to ever- changing environments. It’s predicted that when the COVID19 “dust settles” there will be a mass exodus of employees based on how employers reacted during the pandemic. Why not create a culture that keeps your employees happy, productive and loyal so they’ll stay?
  • Remote – It’s Not Just for TVs Anymore
Working from home was once considered an oddity or sometimes a luxury. Current times have driven a large percentage of “non-essential” workers to card table offices in their kitchen. But is it only temporary? Studies show we are looking at a permanent change, and most organizations are not prepared for staff members who they may only see through a computer monitor while caring for kids, navigating health issues on tele-med, calming barking dogs and competing for broadband. This session will help leaders, supervisors and Human Resource professionals boot up their mental modems and byte into Virtual Reality.
  • Company Culture – It’s Not a Game…Unless it is!
Let’s be honest. Right now, at this point in 2020, we’re in a “make it or break it” situation. How you react to the current times is critical. My mother used to say, “What are you waiting for, an engraved invitation?” when we made excuses not to do something we knew needed to be done. What are you waiting for?Hands-on interactive workshop with the first-ever board game designed to illustrate what is and is not a great company culture to help attendees compare and contrast important benefits, features and attributes to discover how they can apply it to their own organizations. This workshop includes a deep dive into culture, and results in actionable initiatives for your organization.
  • Mastering Strategic Thinking Skills for Maximum Impact in Your Organization
Leaders, Managers and Human Resource Professionals are often confused by what is, and is not, Strategic Thinking. They may fall easily into traps and make expensive mistakes to the detriment of their company. This session will help attendees grasp the Strategic Thinking differences that will help them have a positive impact on the organization’s bottom line and strategic goals and objectives.
