  • Gaining Clarity in life for a better future:

Driving with a pair of dark sunglasses can blurry our vision and impair us to see what lies ahead. Most people go through life wearing dark glasses, not knowing which direction they want to go towards. They feel lost, anxious, and scared. When we remove those glasses – that fear and insecurity of the unknown – we can have the clarity that we need from our life. We do so by knowing ourselves and what we want. We do this by allowing ourselves to dream big and creating a clear vision for our future. Between where you are today and where you want to be there is a gap. And having clarity on how to bridge that gap will allow you to live a better, more fulfilled life.

  • What does it take to become Fulfilled?

Fulfillment goes beyond being happy. We can be happy riding roller-coaster at Disneyland. Whereas being fulfilled means “sweating away”, staying up at night working on our passion feeling amazing by being in the zone – FLOW. There are only so many roller-coaster rides we can do until the thrill goes away, but spending time on something meaningful in your life, which gives you purpose, and fulfillment will last a lifetime. Fulfillment is the ultimate goal in our life and each one of us can learn and grow to reach it.

  • Mind Hacking:

Have you ever got angry at something (or someone)? And then you got angry that you go angry? Understanding the way our mind and brain operate is a must to understand ourselves. Becoming more self-aware will help us control our emotions and our behaviors. When we’re able to tap into that gap between stimulus and response we will find the power to act instead of reacting. To stay calm instead of responding angrily, or panicking, or being scared. In that gap, there is the superpower of choice. We have the power to choose to become more peaceful and joyful in our life. We do so by hacking our minds to work for us not against us.

Lauren Riley

Specialties

  • Communication
  • Magic
  • Creativity
  • Motivation/Inspiration

My expertise is developing confidence by helping people tap into their inner being. I teach people what the world “Value” truly means. Value comes from inside. When you understand your own value. It pales in comparison to feat. The projection of negative future consequences does not matter. I have learned my own inner value through though times including a stint with homelessness. I lived thirty years of my life being co-dependent on someone else only to realize I had the power to change everything the entire time.

  • Finding your inner value

I talk about a person’s inner value. People choose an action out of desire or out of fear. I inspire others to realize that value is not external by any means. When someone says X think is worth Y amount of dollars, what he or she means is that people will feel something is worth that amount of money. When you value yourself highly, then the images of potential negative consequences do not really matter anymore. Doing what a person loves while enjoying the moment to moment helps an individual strengthen the believe in his or her inner value.

  • Authenticity gives you everything you want

I talk about being visible and how showing up is 75% of the battle. You can be the best at what you do, but if no one knows about who you are then it does not really matter. You are always responsible for creating opportunities to come your way. No one is obligated to give you anything. It is your job to ask for what you want. The more you show up as your authentic self, the more people will get o know you and associate you with your craft. Not everything you do will yield instant results, but it will have an impact in the grand scheme of your life.
