Jeff Morud, DTM will be presenting “Closing the Sale”, the first in a series of Friday evening presentations in March.

The hour will include time for a Q & A session.

How do you persuade a guest to join your club?

Jeff will be discussing:

  • Preparations strong clubs make prior to inviting guests
  • How to make guests feel like they belong to your club
  • Inviting your guest to join the club in a welcoming way
  • He will explain what NOT to say and why guests could feel unwelcome.

Closing the sale properly will create a desire to develop communication skills in the safe environment of your Toastmasters club.
