DTM Barbara Schumacher discusses her theory with a panel of seasoned Toastmasters about why membership is low, how can we help the situation, and overcome members’ doubts and fears.
Barbara Schumacher is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and has been a Toastmaster since 2001. She served in District 3 leadership four times as Area, Division Director/Governor. In 2021, she chartered a new club in Payson, Arizona with 23 members. Barbara has held all but one club officer role multiple times and is currently Education Chair Assistant and Registration Chair for District 3 Conference May 20 – 21, 2022.
