Club Participation Incentive (District 3 Speech Contest 2023-2024):

Description:
-This contest season, we are incentivizing clubs for participating at the Area, Division and District level!
-Each club has an opportunity to earn points for their club by competing in contests, as well as participating in contest functionary roles at the Area, Division, and District level.
-The more participation, the more points, and more opportunity for your club to win a prize!
-Encourage your members to attend the functionary trainings on December 5-7 to learn more about the roles; registration links can be found on D3 website contest page https://aztoastmasters.org/contest/. If you have missed the training, watch the recording on D3 YouTube.
-A single point will be awarded for the following participation at each level. Send a club member as:
- International Speech Contest – Speech Contestant
- Evaluation Speech Contest – Speech Contestant
- Test Speaker (for Evaluation contest)
- Contest Chair
- Chief Judge
- Contest Judge
- Timer
- Ballot Counter
- Sergeant at Arms
- Dignitary Spotter
- Zoom Master
- And last, but not least, one point if your club sponsored a raffle at the Division level to offset expenses

Pay It Forward
The purpose of his project is to strengthen the clubs within the district, assist struggling clubs and expand the experience of the Toastmasters who participate in the program. We as Toastmasters can directly affect clubs that can use our collective help.
How to be recognized:
- Each of the campaign months. September, February, March, May, and June, we will recognize and award two (2) Toastmasters who visit the most clubs with a district gift pack valued at $25 from a list of selected prizes.
- Each of the campaign months. September, February, March, May, and June, we will recognize and award two (2) clubs one club who visits the most clubs and one club that has the most visitors with a district gift pack valued at $50 from a list of selected prizes.
- A Toastmaster and a Club will only be allowed to win once this year.

The Power of Three

- Any club that has at least three members* who earn Triple Crown awards during the 2023-2024 year will be designated a Triple Triple Crown club.
- All clubs earning the Triple Triple Crown designation by June 30, 2024 will receive a $33 Club Prize Pack.
- All clubs earning the Triple Triple Crown designation by June 30, 2024, will receive special recognition at The Toasties.
- All clubs earning the Triple Triple Crown designation by June 30, 2024 will receive a $33 discount off the price of a table at The Toasties.

Treasure Hunt

Join us on a Treasure Hunt to discover the Treasures of Toastmasters. Download a map, check the rules, complete the activities and move closer to discovering the Treasure Chest.
Award:
Members who complete a map will receive a pick from the Treasure Chest Quarterly & will receive one entry into a drawing for a trip to Antigua or Barbados (two winners). See map for rules and details on how to play.
Redemption:
Members will track and upload a completed Treasurer Map using the online form when complete. Multiple maps can be submitted. Members must respond to request for prize selection.
