Learn how you can become part of the 1% of Toastmasters who achieve the distinction of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). Alicia Hills will cover how to navigate and customize your options; such as how to activate your DTM project, ideas for HPL (High Performance Leadership) projects, serving as club sponsor or conducting a Speechcraft or Youth Leadership Program, and serving as a club sponsor or coach.

Learn the differences between the programs, projects and roles, how to get involved, and how to customize your journey with Alicia Hills.

Currently tackling two paths: Effective Coaching and Dynamic Leadership, Alicia Hills is serving as the D3 DTM Chair for the 2021-2022 Toastmasters year. While working to realize the DTM title for herself, she is excited to help others fulfill this dream too. A Toastmaster since 2016, Alicia Hills attained Competent Leader (CL) and Competent Communicator (CC) awards, served as an area director (2019-2020), and a division director (2020-2021). Alicia relishes opportunities to connect with other Toastmasters across the district. Let her know how she can help you!

Register in advance for “Your Path to DTM,” a Zoom webinar on September 28, 2021, at 06:30 PM Arizona: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_dHHOv1dDQYuPOwH6oqJT7A. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
