Dear Toastmasters Officers,

September 2024 Club Officer news is member renewal month, and we ask for your help reminding members to pay their dues on time. Remember, we have some great incentives for clubs this year and want all of you to take advantage of them. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for your clubs are invaluable.

Winter TLI dates have been announced. Please mark your calendars & share these dates with your clubs: December 7, 2024 & January 4, 2025. Locations to be announced.

Remember, your role as an officer is not just about managing meetings or planning events; it’s about empowering others to reach their full potential. By creating a space where members feel safe, encouraged, and challenged, you can help them develop their communication and leadership skills in profound ways.

Dues are Due

Now is the time…Dues are due! 

As we kick off a new year, let us prioritize our goals to renew & rejuvenate our membership. Clubs that renew 80%, 90%, or 100 % of their members may be eligible to win prizes.

• The First 20 clubs to reach 100% membership renewal will earn a $50 district gift pack. 
• The First 20 clubs to reach 90% membership renewal will earn a $25 district gift pack. 
• The First 20 clubs to reach 80% membership renewal will earn a chat pack.
