Max Prasad, DTM, is a member of Dobson Ranch Toastmasters Club and is a seasoned Toastmaster, entrepreneur, and productivity expert who’s passionate about personal development and helping others thrive. Since joining Toastmasters in 2016, he’s served in various District leadership roles, mentoring others in communication and leadership.
Max’s journey to peak productivity began with one powerful habit: a consistent morning routine. It transformed his focus, energy, and results—and now he shares that experience to help others do the same. When he’s not speaking or coaching, Max enjoys running, improv, pickleball, and staying active in the gym.

As a Toastmaster for over 18 years and retired from 30-plus years in corporate marketing, Nancy’s goal has been lifelong learning and service to her clubs in club officer roles and District roles from Area Director, Club Extension Chair to District Public Relations Manager. She received the honor of being named District Toastmaster of the Year in 2020-2021. What excites Nancy are the relationships with new and longtime Toastmasters from Phoenix, Tucson and beyond; what technology has done for communication; and the ongoing discoveries at her club that trigger creativity.

Hannellie is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years practicing in the technology, education, legal, retail and distribution industries. Currently, she is the DTM Chair 2024-2025 for District 3 and is excited to work with D3 members on their journey towards their Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) awards.
Hannellie has been a Toastmaster since 2012, embracing the leadership opportunities offered by the District while fostering meaningful connections and friendships with fellow Toastmasters and remaining dedicated to continuously refining her public speaking skills.

Jim Sultan, DTM, is a member of Queen Creek Toastmasters Club and the 2024 District Contest Evaluation winner. Jim has been a Toastmasters member for 20 years, but has managed to cram a lifetime of experiences into that short time. Jim became fully engaged in the Toastmasters program early on and has served in many club and District roles, including his term as District 2 Governor in 2009-2010.
From 2011-2013, Jim represented our worldwide membership on the International Board of Directors where he had the opportunity of addressing thousands of members worldwide, inspiring many to join the organization and building several new clubs. Jim was also instrumental in implementing the Triple Crown Award as a formal Toastmasters program in 2013.
