Club Officer Training event registration forms are mailed to all club presidents-of-record in time for club officer elections each May and November. Here are three simple steps to success: 1. First, elect your new officers If your clubs elects officers annually, hold your officer elections at the first club meeting in May . If your club elects semiannually, elections should held at the first club meeting in May and in November.
2. Notify World Headquarters about your new officers Complete an Officer and Club Information form and mail it to World Headquarters or do it on-line at www.toastmasters.org/members/officerresources.aspx
3. Three ways to register for officer training at TLI
Walk-in registrations on the day of the event are accepted, but you will pay a higher registration fee and will not be able to reserve a meal. Enter your officer contact information in the area of the registration form for the club officer position they've been newly elected to.
Clubs registering five or more officers on a single registration will receive a club registration discount. If ordering a meal, please indicate the meal selection on the registration form with your contact information. For Main/Saturday events, indicate which advance leadership elective each attendee prefers to attend.
