TLI Facilitators are experienced Toastmasters who have completed special training classes in interactive, facilitated learning methods for adults.  We encourage Toastmasters who are working towards their ACS or ACG educational levels and/or Competent Leader award levels to attend Facilitator Training and be eligible to present education modules at TLI events.  

 

  • Would you like to know the difference between "teaching" and "facilitating"??

  • Do you need practice with the mechanics of presenting?

This training session covers:

  • Train-the-Trainer session for those scheduled to teach at the upcoming Leadership Institute

  • Adding interactivity to District 3 core officer training materials

  • Team-teaching tips for successful facilitator teams

  • Facilitating the Facilitators - how we help you succeed

  • Expectations for TLI Facilitator expectations
