District Governor

District Leadership conducts the business of district management at regularly scheduled meetings.  Club, Area and Division leaders have a role in Council and Executive meetings. District Operating
Manual

District Executive Committee (DEC) meetings are held four times per term.  Area & Division Governors are voting members of the District Executive Committee and are required to attend. However, any Toastmaster is welcome to attend the DEC business meeting.  Division Governors are encouraged to conduct Division Council in conjunction with the business meeting.
