There are several ways to contact various groups within the district. The primary ways to contact District 3 leaders is by mail, or email.

You can contact various leaders in District 3 by email using a familiar format, which is outlined below.

Area Director Emails

Area Directors, using a format similar to “ad.{your area}@aztoastmasters.org”. For example, if your area is Agave 1, you would use the email “ad.a1 @ aztoastmasters.org” (without the spaces). You can also find a list of all Areas and Area Directors in Division 3 on the Area Directors Page

Division Director Emails

Similarly, you can reach your Division Director using a format similar to “dvd.{your division}@aztoastmasters.org”. For example, if your division is Catalina, you would use the email “dvd.catalina @ aztoastmasters.org” (without the spaces). You can also find a list of all Divisions and Division Directors in Division 3 on the Division Directors Page

Executive Team

The Executive Team consists of the District Director, the Program Quality Director (PQD) and the Club Growth Director (CGD), also known as “The Trio”. The Executive Team also consists of the Public Relations Manager (PRM), the Administration Manager, the Finance Manager, and the Immediate Past District Director. All of these people and their contact email can be found on the Executive Team Page

Committee Members

If you need to contact a committee chair you can find them in one of three committee sets, outlined below:

Club Growth Committee

The Club Growth Committee consists of the following chairs, and can be found on the Club Growth Committee page:
Club Extension, Membership, Club Assist, Club Eagles, and Club Dues.

Education and Training Committee

The Education and Training Committee consists of the following chairs, and can be found on the Education and Training Committee page:
Conference, TLI, Distinguished Club Program, Speechcraft, High Performance Leadership, Chief Judge, Contest Management, Youth Leadership, and Speakers Bureau.

Administrative Committees

The Administrative Committees consists of the following chairs, and can be found on the Administrative Committees page:
Logistics, District Leadership, Past District Director, Realignment, Communication and Leadership, Historian, Facilities, Website, Parliamentarian, and Audit.
