Area Council Meeting
and Conference		 Club Presidents and VPs Education are members of the District Council and should plan to attend the Fall and Spring Council Meetings held in conjunction with the District Conferences.

Speech Contests		 Club level contests for Contest season should be held in August / February.  Area and Division contests will be published on the Speech Contest webpage.
Club Officer Elections

1st Club Meeting in November & May
All clubs should submit updated officer lists in both November & in May 

  • Clubs electing officers semi-annually should hold their officer elections at the first club meeting in November & in May.  
  • Club electing officers annually should hold their officer elections at the first club meeting in May.
  • Complete a Club Officer information form or submit updated officer information online at Toastmasters International
  • Register all newly elected officer for club officer training at Toastmasters Leadership Institute.
Semi-Annual Dues Club Treasurers should be preparing dues statements for distribution to their members in September / February.  
  • Fall Club semi-annual membership renewals are due to Toastmasters International by October 1.
  • Spring Club semi-annual membership renewals are due to Toastmasters International by April 1.
